SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Our shipping practices, delivery timeframes, and procedures

1. Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)
1.1 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ACST will be processed the following business day. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped. Customised items may require additional processing time. Pre-order and made-to-order items follow a different timeline — see the Pre-Orders section below.
1.2 Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Post: Estimated delivery within 2-6 business days. cost: $10 aud
*regional and remote areas may take up to 10 business days.
Express Post: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days. Cost: $15 aud
*regional and remote areas may take up to 5 business days.
Free Shipping: Available on orders as stated on website.
1.3 Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you provide authority to leave parcels unattended (e.g., at your front door), you accept responsibility for the parcel once it is left at the nominated location. We recommend using a delivery address where someone can receive the parcel in person.
2. International Shipping
2.1 Countries We Ship To
We currently ship throughout australia and to new zealand.
2.2 Estimated Delivery Times
New Zealand:
standard Post: Estimated delivery within 4-7 business days. cost: $15 aud
*regional areas may take up to 10 business days.
express Post: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days. cost: $25 aud
*regional areas may take up to 7 business days.
2.3 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please note that some countries (including the United States) have reduced or removed their duty-free thresholds for low-value parcels, which means duties or taxes may apply regardless of the value of your order. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.
2.4 Restricted Destinations
We are unable to ship to countries or individuals subject to Australian sanctions. We reserve the right to refuse orders to any destination at our sole discretion.
3. Pre-Orders
Some of our items are made to order and offered as pre-orders. When you place a pre-order, the item is not yet in stock. We order it from our suppliers, wait for production to be completed, then receive, check, and package it before dispatching it to you.
The following terms apply to all pre-orders:
Payment: Full payment is required at the time you place your pre-order. This confirms your order and allows us to begin production.
Timeframe: Pre-order items typically take approximately 4–6 weeks from the date of order to dispatch, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page. Standard shipping times then apply once your item has been dispatched.
Delays: These timeframes are estimates. If production is delayed and your dispatch is likely to be significantly later than estimated, we will contact you by email. You may choose to wait for your item or cancel your pre-order for a full refund.
Mixed orders: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your in-stock items will be shipped first and your pre-order item(s) will follow separately once ready, at no additional shipping cost to you.
Cancellation: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched. Once a pre-order has been dispatched, our standard Refund and Return Policy applies.
Nothing in this Pre-Orders section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The consumer guarantees apply to pre-order items in the same way as any other product.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@ateliaministry.com so we can investigate.
For damaged goods received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our obligations under the ACL.
Under the ACL, suppliers are responsible for delivery/shipping costs when goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee. If a product is faulty, you may be entitled to recover reasonable return shipping costs.
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer: Once your order has been dispatched, custody and delivery responsibilities transfer entirely to our third-party carrier partners. While we do everything we can to ensure a seamless experience, Atelia Ministry Pty Ltd would not be held liable for unexpected transit delays caused by weather, customs holdups, carrier disruptions, or other external factors beyond our control. while these delays are out of our hands, we are always happy to help you track your order or answer any questions you may have.
6. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some products may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations.
