Effective Date: june 2026

Version: 1.0

Last Updated: june 2026

1. Ownership of content

This policy governs all digital content produced and distributed by Atelia Ministry Pty Ltd (trading as “Atelia: for glory and for beauty” and “Atelia Ministry”), including website content, YouTube videos, worship videos, social media posts, email newsletters, and any other digital media associated with our brand.

2. YouTube Channel

2.1 Channel Purpose

Our YouTube channel is an extension of our ministry and brand, featuring worship videos, Christian lifestyle content, product showcases, and faith-inspired media. The channel is operated and managed by our business.

2.2 YouTube Terms

All content on our YouTube channel is subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Google’s Privacy Policy, in addition to these policies. In the event of any conflict, YouTube’s platform-specific terms apply to activity on the YouTube platform.

2.3 Advertising on YouTube

Our YouTube videos may display advertisements served by YouTube’s advertising platform. We do not control the selection, content, or placement of these advertisements. The presence of an advertisement on our videos does not imply our endorsement of the advertised product, service, or brand.

3. Worship Video Content

3.1 Nature of Content

Our worship videos are produced for personal devotion, community inspiration, and to glorify God. They may include original music, licensed worship songs, scripture readings, prayer, spoken word, visual art, and other creative elements.

3.2 Theological Disclaimer

The theological perspectives expressed in our worship content reflect our own faith journey and understanding. They may not represent the views of all Christian denominations, traditions, or churches. We encourage viewers to engage with their own faith communities, pastors, and church leadership for spiritual guidance.

3.3 Music Licensing

All music in our worship videos is either original (owned by us), in the public domain, or content we are otherwise authorised to use. It may not be extracted, re-recorded, or redistributed without appropriate permission from the relevant rights holders.

3.4 Embedding on Website

Worship videos embedded on our website are delivered via YouTube’s embed functionality. By watching embedded videos, you may be subject to YouTube/Google cookies and tracking. Please see our Privacy Policy and YouTube’s Privacy Policy for more information.

4. Website Content

4.1 Blog and Written Content

Written content on our website, including blog posts, devotionals, product descriptions, and articles, is produced by our team and reflects our Christian values and brand mission. All written content is our original work or is published with appropriate attribution and permissions.

4.2 User Submissions

If we invite user submissions (such as testimonials, prayer requests, or stories), by submitting content, you grant us permission to use, edit, and publish that content on our website and social media channels. You confirm that any content you submit is your original work and does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Social Media Presence

5.1 Platforms

We maintain a presence on various social media platforms, which may include YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and others. Each platform has its own terms of service and community guidelines, which apply to all interactions on those platforms.

5.2 Community Standards

We aim to foster a welcoming, respectful, and Christ-centred online community. We expect all community members to interact with kindness and respect. We reserve the right to remove content or block users who post material that is offensive, discriminatory, harassing, profane, spam, promotional (without permission), defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

5.3 User-Generated Content on Social Media

We may share, repost, or feature user-generated content (e.g., photos of customers wearing our products) on our social media channels and website. We will always seek permission before using identifiable user content for promotional purposes.

6. Email Newsletter and Marketing

Our email newsletter shares product updates, new worship video releases, devotional content, promotions, and business news. We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), which requires:

  • Express or inferred consent before sending commercial electronic messages.

  • Clear identification of our business in every message.

  • A functional unsubscribe mechanism in every message.

  • Honouring unsubscribe requests within 5 business days.

7. Content Accessibility

We strive to make our digital content accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. Where practicable, we provide captions on our YouTube videos, alt text on website images, and ensure our website meets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.

8. Content Removal Requests

If you believe any content on our website, YouTube channel, or social media channels is inaccurate, infringes your rights, or is otherwise problematic, please contact us at hello@ateliaministry.com. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time.

9. Changes to Content

We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any content on our website, YouTube channel, or social media channels at any time without prior notice. We may also change our content strategy, posting schedule, or platform presence as our business evolves.
